Why don't you like AIM? I think it's better than MSN or Yahoo.

It is so bland and I just don't get it sometimes and don't ask me what I don't get because I don't remember.

Bah.

I have seen clips of the movie on the new game for the ps2, and wow they got the same guys who played Anakin and Obi Wan in the second movie...and they cannot act...

So if they can't act...why did they pick them again? Why oh why?!

I am predicting that this movie will be ruined for me and other people due to the crappy acting as the second movie was.

Well...Lucas did hire an acting coach for this one and it was much better, but it was much more action oriented anyways, only a few of the love scenes were really terrible...

Lord Abortion 05-19-2005 03:49 PM

Well that is always good...that means less speaking lines for Anakin heh.

The guy who plays Obi Wan isn't terrible, but he isn't great either, but the guy Anakin is one of the worst actors I have ever seen...

Im seeing it on Saturday and cant wait. Good break from exams....

lunch998 05-19-2005 03:55 PM

Ewan McGregor (Obi Wan) is a decent actor, but it's been difficult for me to see him as a Jedi.

Ewan McGregor (Obi-Wan Kenobi) was good in Trainspotting but he hasn't been good since then.

Seeing Samuel L. Jackson in the first two was depressing. Talk about a fish out of water.

I avoided seeing the previous two in theaters and checked them out on DVD--they were both just two-hour toy commercials. Everything about them are train wrecks. The acting sucks (the chemistry between Natalie Portman and whatshisface was about as believable as Tom Cruise trying to convince the world he's straight), the writing sucks, the direction sucks. George Lucas has simply surrounded himself with yes-men who won't dare tell him he's incompetent as a writer and a director.

/does not plan on ever seeing the third one

On the subject of movies, I saw The Shawshank Redemption again (I'm sure i've seen it dozens of times in my lifetime, hell, I even based my college essay around it). Amazing, amazing movie. It will never get old--I was no less happy and surprised this time around than I was after seeing it the first time.

steven king's short stories are better than novels by far

everyone please read-

four past midnight (the langoliers- which is incredible)

night shift

skeleton crew (the mist especially)

everything's eventual ( by the way... if anyone is interested in the concept behind cannibal corpse's staring through the eyes of the dead then one of the short stories here will be interesting)

It's for funny contrast with Cryptopsy.

And yeah, I can't help it, it's so catchy. The lyrics are so funny too.

"Did you think that I wouldn't cry on the phone? :( "

Something Corporate..

Heh, I just listened to Good Charlotte. I win !

Check out these lyrics by Good Charlotte, they are extremely funny.

No one in this industry
Understands the life I lead
When I sing about my past
It's not a gimmick not an act
These critics and these trust fund kids
Try to tell me what punk is
But when I see them on the street
They got nothin to say
