It's The Perfect Bass, they advertise it all the time in the mags. Fancy stuff, NS Design, and Roscoe's and such. Pretty shnazzy.

http://www.theperfectbass.com

And yeah, there was a thread about it over the summer. I'm not quite sure if I like the looks or not. I prefer the ofset hip on the jazz, but the blue on the P is hot, though I'm not too hip on the flamed maple. All in all it seems like the same thing I've got in a different package. Now the Japanese only Aero's, that's another story. *GAS* candy apple red sparkle finish with smoke chrome hardware and a black PG. Yum.

Aerodyne 11-02-2006 11:57 PM

Oh, they also have these:
Can you imagine how bad a school of 50-pound goldfish could beat your ***?
i think a tank of oscars would beat your arse harder haha.

even so, goldfish don't get that big very often, most full sized goldfish only get to around 15cm. and even then you can still beat them up.

A degree does help open the door though.

But whatever works for you.

Jody LeCompte 11-03-2006 12:39 AM

I'm not saying a degree doesn't help, I'm simply saying I wish my mom would understand her highschool diploma and 8 years of college doesn't change the fact shes a cashier in a grocery store.

Fair enough.

Jody LeCompte 11-03-2006 12:44 AM

It's really not fair if you think about it, but you'd think she'd be more sympathetic to the fact that its not for me.

Right, new topic.

Why is it near impossible to understand women?

Jody LeCompte 11-03-2006 01:00 AM

Because women are convinced they are uninterpretable and thus if you begin to understand they just dump you and screw your best friend.

The passage to adulthood is often a difficult journey. Humans start their life tender and fragile, incapable of achieving anything on their own. However it is not long before they find themselves faced with seemingly insurmountable responsibilities without any knowledge of how to overcome these trials. This is particularly true of the character Telemachus in Homer’s The Odyssey. In this story Odysseus, a king who fought in the Trojan War, finally returns home after wandering the world for several years following the destruction of Troy. In his absence, a great number of suitors begin vying for the hand of his wife, Penelope. It is at this time that his son Telemachus, at the age of 21, has thrust upon him the formidable task of removing these men from his home. Before he can attempt this feat, however, Telemachus must complete his passage to manhood. Without a father to educate him in the ways of combat and other traits befitting a prince of his stature, Telemachus would be unable to complete the task before him. Throughout the story Telemachus speaks to several characters who tell him of his father, inspiring him to rise to the standard set for him. By the last books of the poem, Telemachus has grown greatly, though he is not yet his father’s equal, and has finally become an adult. This series of trials and learning of ones past is integral to any person’s passage to adulthood. However, it is also parallels the growth and advancement of society. In Homer’s The Odyssey Telemachus’s rite of passage symbolizes the steps that must be taken to develop into a fully functional and stabile society.

In the first book of The Odyssey Telemachus is shown as having the mentality of a young boy. He had watched the suitors compete for his mother’s hand for several years, during which time they took complete advantage of the hospitality they had been shown. Telemachus, having never known his father, had resigned himself to the likelihood that his father was dead. Upon hearing a prediction of his survival, however, Telemachus seems to have an immediate change of character. He rebukes his mother for being consumed in her grief, reminding her that Odysseus was not the only warrior to not return from Troy. Soon after, he announces to the suitors that he will hold an assembly the following day. In between books I and II we see perhaps the most striking change in Telemachus. He is put to bed like a boy for the last time, and awakes as a man, as Aigỳpytios notes at the beginning of the book: “The man has vigor, I should say; more power to him. Whatever he desires, may Zeus fulfill it.”

They (women) want you and need you and will be all over you one minute and then they turn around and act as if you are a mild annoyance to them.

Not through anything one has done mind you.

Its just the moment there exists a state where they have enjoyment from something else, not someone else, you become a complete background factor in their lives.

So what to do, does one continue in the manner one acted when they were all over you or do you play the same game and stay out of what they are doing, the whole "giving them space".

Why is it the nature of the human condition to want that whichwe cannot have, but never to want it when we do.

Desire, always the possesor and never the possesee.

Aerodyne 11-03-2006 01:05 AM

 Where do you work that requires you to show up at uno en la manana?
