What age range, because if you're like 12 I'm going to be sad

and yeah it's my first time in here and my name is matt and I play bass
im 14 turning 15 next month.

Welcome! What bass gear you got?

Jim Hull 03-19-2005 05:43 AM
So I just figured out I've been playing bass for just on 4 years, not 5 years like I've always thought.
er... How'd you realise that?

Jim Hull 03-19-2005 05:45 AM

I havent been here for a while. LR is back. You miss a few weeks and everything changes!

gaslight 03-19-2005 06:07 AM
er... How'd you realise that?
I dunno I realised, I've always assumed that I'd been playing for 5 years.

Then I realised, I started when I was 15, so if I had been playing for 5 years, that would make me 20. And I'm 18.

I started playing bass in February or March when I was 15, in 2001. So now it's March 2005 so I've been playing 4 years, not five years as I thought. I dunno where I got five years from. But yeah my birthday is in September so I dunno. I forget how I worked out how I got confused.

But yeah, that means I've been playing just on 4 years now.

ahhh but that was a long time ago!

Yea, its a great story to tell.... things come out of my mouth like that all the time. its like.... oh wait.. that didn't sound right... and it was too late by then.

perhaps its because I have a dirty mind and so, unconsciously, things like that work their way out of my mouth?

meh... I'm still very wary of posting my pic on here..... :-/
