Listening to "Winter Madness" from Wintersun. This song is brilliant!

BoboTheRagingHobo 12-08-2004 10:02 PM

I hate people who say things that are blatantly stupid or are immature as can be...that is all you need to know.

I need not to go into deeper detail since its my own business and I think you get the point.

Invicta_Veritas 12-08-2004 10:02 PM

when I first joined several months ago, i was kind of stupid---just uneducated, really. that might be a large part of it.

Is anyone familiar with Ulysses Siren?

I'm generally not a thrash man, but MY GOD.

Invicta_Veritas 12-08-2004 10:04 PM

Ok well that really doesn't answer my question, but oh well. I may come across as an ass sometimes, but there is a thing called a sense of humor. And most of the time, I pretty much am just trying to get my opinion across.

There's the answer, atreyu_breakingbenjamin.

Well, I'm sure over time you and Bobo will ease up and relax over it. Change = Good.

Speaking of change, anyone else experiencing musical change? I've been listening to a lot more different bands then just thrash and metal, and even some more slower and softer stuff too.

I've also been eager to look into more Death Metal if anyone has any suggestions.

RavenousMetalist87 12-08-2004 10:05 PM

It's difficult to experience musical change when you listen to a lot of different music anyway :) I have been getting into jazz recently (meaning the last four months or so) though.

As for death metal, xizoesira's suggestions are a good start. I'd have to punt Carcass into view though, as they're just an almost ubiquitous death metal band.

BludgeonySteve 12-08-2004 10:18 PM

xizoesira you bastard. Delete your post in my thread!

Especially when the freshman girl says she loves you, and you're friend says she likes but is not sure about getting in a relationship...x_X
What kind of jazz are you interested in?
Well I only actually own four jazz albums (three by Miles Davis, and one by Roland Kirk), but I really like Chick Corea, Stan Getz and to a lesser extent John Coltrane and a few others. I'm still mostly new to it, though.

xizoesira 12-08-2004 10:29 PM
