I went to the indie-disco last night and danced the night away.

They played The Smiths and I went nuts, and people looked at me funny.
Have any of you had to get an iPod fixed/replaced? How did you go about doing that?

ATM 03-13-2007 12:12 PM

Whats wrong with it?

The Great Decay 03-13-2007 12:14 PM

There is a dark blotch on the interior of the screen and I have no idea how it got there, but now when I turn on the iPod the interface is f'ucked. It almost looks as though the interior of the screen is cracked.

ATM 03-13-2007 12:14 PM

Hm..I'd take it to the Apple store.

The Great Decay 03-13-2007 12:17 PM

I haven't had my iPod functioning in like two weeks because I've been to busy to inquire about it. If I can't get it fixed or replaced, then I will be screwed.

Kyle 03-13-2007 12:37 PM

I need to get mine fixed bacause I only get sound out of one earphone (I've tried different sets).

But I've filled mine up by quite a distance so maybe I should get a new one, what's the biggest these days?

Neoteric 03-13-2007 12:41 PM

60gb?

M__ 03-13-2007 12:43 PM

i think they're up to 80 now actually

Neoteric 03-13-2007 01:07 PM

That's the size of my hard drive, sheesh.

Kyle 03-13-2007 01:14 PM

It wouldn't take me too long to fill 80 gigs the way i'm going.

M__ 03-13-2007 01:22 PM

really!? im going on 20, but still 4 times that would take quite a long time....

Boilermaker 03-13-2007 01:35 PM

I have around 15. I just deleated a lot of music though.

and the biggest is 80, they don't make the 60's anymore, or at least I don't think they do.

Kyle 03-13-2007 01:56 PM

well i'm on only about 40gigs now, but the rate of my downloading has been phenomenal this year and most of that was collected since moving to uni in september.

Boilermaker 03-13-2007 01:57 PM

Oh, I have an idea. How about you take a break and listen to some of the music you download?!

Neoteric 03-13-2007 05:19 PM

123

Kyle 03-13-2007 05:42 PM

Why?

There's so much music out there for me to try why should I stop collecting it while I can. It's not like i'm not listening to new music, I am every day, but it's a matter of prioritising which stuff I want to hear first and eventually I'll get around to the other stuff. Sometimes I take a break for a couple of weeks and ease of the downloads to absorb some stuff, but in the main I don't see any reason to ease off the downloads.

Boilermaker 03-13-2007 05:52 PM

I was half-kidding.

But I also realised that I was accumilating a lot of music, and I wasn't listening to music as intently as I used to. As soon as I cut back on downloading just a little bit, I began to notice how awesome a lot of the albums I got were and decided that I listen to music "better" when not obtaining as much.

Eliminator 03-13-2007 05:53 PM

yeah but youre also a faggot

Glitterati 03-13-2007 06:18 PM

perhaps the largest of them all

i bought a new pair of kicks today

ATM 03-13-2007 06:23 PM

Fresh 2 deff

I deleted a lot of music because I had aqquired a lot that I didnt even really like.

The Great Decay 03-13-2007 06:24 PM
