A huge bowl of yoghurt with a few spoons of sugar to take the sour taste out and put a lot of fruit in it (apples, kiwis, oranges, what ever)
That works wonders, I always do that when I'm hung over, which is not often actually.

I started swimming last week and I did some work-outs two days ago... I will try to do it regularly now; beside of that i stopped smoking too;

I shower every evening before i go to bed. Cannot go to bed, while being "dirty" :p

I did some swimming too a few years ago. Always bike trip to the swimmingpool (7 kilometers) then swim between 50 and 75 laps, go into the turkish steambath and afterwards ride 7 kilometers back.
Now that was a good work out.

Don't take half a hit, that's gay. Do like 1-2, depending on dose strength. First time I took it I ate seven, and it was a terrrible TERRIBLE idea.
