Open them up into a photo editer program of some sort.

I'm supposing you have Paint. Well, once you have opened the picture there, go to Image, then to Stretch/Skew. You should see something that says horizontal and vertical. But, the bad part is that it's in percent, so unless you're good with them, you're screw (like me). Trial and error until you have it at the correct size.

Now a days they're just a cool thing to find at a garage sale.
