I'm happy MX Tabs is reopening, but I survived just fine on ultimate guitar while it was gone. So it's not really that big of a deal.

i've either mf'd it with my necro or i've been given it by another player

pyschotronn here on mx gave me enigma and shako and most of my other sweet necro gear because he quit playing

Well, I used to MX all of the time. It's what led me to join the forums, and the forums expanded my music knowledge like whoa. Yes, like whoa. Not to mention it's where I learned some of the techniques like pull offs, hammer-ons, taps, harmonics, sweeps, and such. It has a special nostalgic place in my brain(because the heart doesn't really hold any memory).

Yeah I've learned way more from the forums than I did MXTabs.

MXTabs did always have most of the songs that I couldn't find. It had a huge archive. Too bad it's not going to be as broad, but now I can skip UG.
