So, I now have 9,240 rep. Once again, my rep exceeds my postcount.
Same here. Zappa sexed me up with rep a little while ago and now I have 5489. Which will be negated in the next couple posts anyway... |
Word on the street is apparently rep might be turned off soon.
Oh noes! I just got my stars. :upset: |
why will it be neg?
|
why will it be neg?
Negated, not negative. And I say that because (now) I only have 2 more posts before my rep exceeds my post count. |

My tutor at college is called Patrick Moore.
He doesn't play the xylophone. |
My tutor at college is called Patrick Moore.

Even in space.
My Bohemian Rhapsody is for solo guitar.
That's the piano, vocals, bass, and guitar, all played on one guitar. The fact that I can actually play it gives me a boner. :shifty:
HaVIC5 composed all the melodies and harmonies for Stairway to Heaven on bass. Oh yeah, the battle of Composing Classic Rock Epics on A Single Instrument continues! |
HaVIC5 composed all the melodies and harmonies for Stairway to Heaven on bass.
I did that once on guitar. Which, with the exception of including the flutes at the beginning, wasn't actually all that impressive. Composing full band songs onto solo guitar is actually one of my favourite hobbies. I usually do it with pop songs though, rather than classic rock epics. Sup TLC. |
I thought Patrick Moore was an astromer/games master. Whats he doing with a xylophone?
Or rather, whats he not doing with a xylophone? All that talk of tea up there ^^^^ has made me thirsty for it. How do all the pommies on here like their tea? I dont really know anyone on here that well but i'll wager Iai is a herbal, possibly rosemary, afficionado. I dont really know what im basing that on |
I just finished the book The Curious Incident of The Dog in the Night-Time. It was really great.

Hey Zappa, did you get that link I sent you about the Afrika Bambaataa interview? I thought you'd be interested. |
See link above.
If anyone ever wanted proof that I am merely a less funny version of YDLoad, click this link. http://www.theendforums.com/showthread.php?t=3227 |
Hey Zappa, did you get that link I sent you about the Afrika Bambaataa interview? I thought you'd be interested.
I did. I only skimmed it, because that much writing on a computer screen tends to make my eyes hurt. It was interesting, though. Great picture at the top, too!
Who's it by?
Mark Haddon |
Just had a look at that link, now I know why Patrick Moore was associated with xylophones. I always played that band name game at school although the only ones I can remember arent very good. yourcodenameis:celia. and (strange how there was a flintstone one on there too) Fred Flintstone Smiles at Me From Television. I was young ok!

Walking through the hall at school today, I saw an unbelievably good-looking, entirely un-gothic girl wearing a shirt featuring the cover of the album The Queen is Dead by The Smiths.
I thought that was neat. |

I read that some time late last year, and yeah, it was pretty good. I didn't think the story was particularly amazing (don't think it was really trying to be), but the style it was written in was somewhat unique, which kept me interested and reading it. |
