i think breakdowns are really cool if you used correctly (especially complex breakdowns with multiple time signatures etc), but 99% of the time they aren't (usually totally forced or random) and that's why my original post in this thread was so straight up (the whole deathcore sucks one). yea that's my shtick on em.

yeah they have a bunch of odd time sig breakdowns. I'm still on the fence on whether or not I like them.
