I was just wondering what type of distortion you use for both guitar and bass Chris for PTW. I have Line 6 Uber Metal and I can get a really good shapable tone, but it isn't compatible with bass.

So with the new Star Wars coming out I watched all the other ones, and I think I've come up with some reasons why the newer ones haven't been as good:

1. With the old ones, the plots were a lot simpler! "Hey, they built a death station! Let's blow it up!" "Hey, they built it again! Let's blow it up!" As opposed to a complicated series of assasinations, trade blockades and political trickery which makes my head hurt.

2. Old Star Wars characters: People who for the most part are Normal People. New Stars Characters: Holy men and politicians. Wheeee.

3. Han Solo. Nuff said.

Yoda was much better as a puppet

I kind of feel bad for all those guys at ILM, though. They're all so excited about the groundbreaking new technologies that they pioneer and spend months of their lives perfecting and when the public sees the result they all yell, "WE WANT MUPPETS"

Yeah, but Yoda fighting would have not been as awesome as a muppet, I'm sure.

That was crazy, the best part and only part of the second one I care to remember.

In just about every Star Wars movie, someone gets their arm chopped off, whats up with that [B]s[/B]hit?

Thats an important part of the movie, im presuimg its anikin, because luke gets his hand choped off when he goes a tad crazy, and its showing how it could lead luke to be like Darth, or something simaler.

You know what? I agree with you. Why would they change the controller, the PS1/PS2 controller was, in my opinion, one of the most simple and easy to use controllers ever. Now it looks like a double-ended dildo

And the actual system looks more like a cheap printer! Mind you, a lot of people weren't sure when the PS2 came out, and look how well that has done

God can only hope so, otherwise at this rate, the Xbox 360 will be topping the list of what to get. Of course, that depends on if I have the money. I rarely play my PS2 or Xbox anymore. I felt a bit "out of touch" with it lately :(

Yes. We call him that because he wears stupid striped trousers all the time.


The VK challenge is basically where you drink one bottle of every flavour of VK (7 in total, at my pub at least) in one hour. And not throw up. A group of mates and I did it last night, and I was he only one who completed the whole thing, including the not vomiting part. With 2min 30 to spare as well!
