PVC pipe doesnt come in the right size, also its a dumb idea, so many people have tried and failed.

6 inch pvc pipes outside edge is actually 6.25

the other band from my town kicked out their drummer, and i got an offer to play. now, i would if i didnt have two dilemas. me and my friend (bassist) are waiting for a better guitarist to come around, so we can start our own instrumental band. and the drummer they kicked out, i see him every day in marching band, as he is in percussion with me, so i dont want to create any awkward tension between us.

My friend got his new tubes for his Crate Blue Voodoo amp, but i'm too tired and on the verge of being sick to go and check them out.

with the size, u culd proberly get them made to the right size, or cut them down. it was hard to make my shells, 2 layers of flexi ply made a former to make it into a circle then glued it, made sure there was no air, tack it in wait a day pull the tacks out and i have a shell :].

Then Belt sander to sand the tops level, make sure they fit nice :], then i ran the router over top to make the edge.

Its hard work but aslong as i keep going right it will pay off.

Try making them :], its not impossible. Ill post some pics of my stuff soon !!!
