So, today I get a call from a aquiantance of mine who I don't even like very much. He tells me he has got a gig this Friday and his bassist can't make it. Of course I get convinced into playing. Time to rock TBS and Mae. The only good part is that the guitarist and drummer and two good friends on mine whom I love to jam with.

I've done a few gigs like that and I got paid every time without even asking to be. Now I feel like I should but I kind of feel like a jerk for thinking that. :-/

I went to a show in some guy's basement. A friend of mine's new hardcore band was playing.

They rocked. Hard.

And they did the coolest thing ever. They ended the concert by playing Afi's Malleus Maleficarum, and then broke right in to For Those About to Rock, We Salute You.
