Oh I didn't mean the schools were horrible and boring, just the state. Its a fine place to go to school just not to live IMO. We have no good amusment parks, national parks, or monuments. The woods are nice here but thats about it. You can find plenty of New England states that have just as nice woods, but more to do anyway. I can't wait to leave I'm going to RI next year.

I agree with jpj. It will be a lot less trouble if there's a mod here to close this thread. And a lot less confusion. I mean, we all know we're starting a new thread, but the rest of the forum doesn't and if a mod doesn't close this thread, then the new thread will be full of replies saying that there's already a classic rock thread and such. Definitely wait.

Woods are good. Having a campus that's very natural and makes the school more appealing in my eyes.

I have cousins in the middle of the state, it is a fearsome place. Seas of middle-aged women with bad perms from 1993, all the guys have crew cuts with gel in their hair, basketball shoes, franchise employees, malls, cookie cutter houses, bad music, hokey culture, urban sprawl... it always makes me really depressed, but I hear it is worse and on a much greater scale in some parts of Pennsylvenia...
