My friend has one of those. They have one major flaw in that you can't see the screen if like, a single photon of light lands on them.

Also, it'm not gonna use the photo feature, i don't see the point. When will these manufacture's learn, all this video and photo stuff is pointless to like, 98% of users

I have a Creative Zen Touch 40GB, its great no colour screen just straight up music. For videos and pics I use my PSP.

I had an Olympus M:Robe but it's broken now. That thing was so perfect. I'm not sure if they're still being sold.

A little quiet, but you can put a patch in there to make it louder. I never found a good place to put it on full blast anyways.

One of my friends has one of those. It seems to be pretty good.

I want a new mp3 player but there's so many other things I need to use my money for right now. I have a 1 GB iRiver, and it's really really hard trying to choose what songs to put on it :upset:. I'd like at least 5 gigs, but more would be nice. I have about 15 gigs on my computer.

And I really don't care about video and pictures. I just want one for music.

I have like 45 gig of music.

Then why is it being sold? And why are people buying it? If you're only going to listen to music, then you might as well buy a 60GB Zen Touch or some other massive player with no features except music.
They're like $120 now. Why would you pay $250 for video when it's useless?


I use my ZVM for video more than I do music.
First off, the picture is better than my TV. Second off, the sound quality is much better than my TV. Third, I can waste hours at school watching TV and movies.
It's a lot more hassle to burn everything to DVD. I can just drag and drop video files to my player in 2 minutes and be done with it.

The screen size doesn't phase me in the slightest.

Same here. The quality on the Zen is brilliant (better than the iPod) Ive got a whole bunch of music videos on it.

The only downside about the vision m is that it can crash, so you have to reset it (in need of a paper clip) this if only you try and play an odd video that it doesnt recognize and it freezes

I tried both reformatting and upgrading the firmware but it just fails.

My zen micro is broken the headphone port is screwed :( And i dunno where to get it fixed and i can't send it back or anything cos i bought it off a friend ah well it only cost £30

Zen Xtra ftw, though people always say its too big, but i just tell them to shut the hell up and go back to their crappy iPods.
