Kinda shows how people are close-minded.

I'm pretty excited. There's this big blank white wall in my basement, that my dad just finished for the purpose of me painting on it. It looks so nice now, though, I don't want to just throw any stencils up there. I want it to look really good. I'm going to be spending some time really planning it out.

I'm also going to start working on building that tall bike soon. I have plenty of people who want to help. I've got some of my friends all pumped up about fixing up old schwinns, too. I'm a good influence on them.
asdf: whats that tall bike?
I meant to say A tall bike.
http://www.dankorn.com/images/H2.jpg

Something like that. I've garbage picked about three partial bikes, but I'm not sure what ones I'm going to use.

POINTLESS5448 05-07-2006 10:45 AM

haha thats so funny. how do you ride it? if you fall youre ****ed.

ratsinthecity403 05-07-2006 10:47 AM

How do you get on/off, too?

I've been kind of wondering about that myself. I think that I'm just going to hope for the best!

But I've got a ton of people who want to help me with this. But the person I need the help most from I haven't asked yet. He's my dad's friend and he welds sculptures. Since I don't know how to weld, and I don't have the equiptment, I need his help.

This is going to be an awesome summer project.

ladder? trampoline? airlift?
my friend matt made a chopper bike once out of a bmx bike. it was sweet but it had little kids tires on it that always popped.

asdf 05-07-2006 11:24 AM

These are the bikes I'm potentially using. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v294/asdf23/Bicycles/bananaseatandframe.jpg
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v294/asdf23/Bicycles/junkbike.jpg

Also maybe a Magna mountain bike, if my friend doesn't have to give it to her younger brother.

POINTLESS5448 05-07-2006 12:41 PM

i think that you are starting the most rediculous diy project yet.
i need to find pictures of my friend matts bikes. he made a chopper bike, a lowrider bike, he made a minibike with a weedwacker motor and some steel pipes and ductape. it was sick. ill try to find some pics and post them.

ratsinthecity403 05-07-2006 06:22 PM

I put a milk crate on the back of my bike...thats about as DIY as I get with bike projects. Making bikes tall/choppers seems incredibly hard, fruturating and time consuming.

asdf 05-07-2006 07:22 PM

I've also attached a milk crate to my bike. Doesn't really count, though, because all I did was bungee it to my bike rack.

POINTLESS5448 05-07-2006 08:52 PM

back in the day me and my friend rayc made a potatoe launcher and attached it to a bike. that was fun.

BCT 05-07-2006 09:03 PM

asdf how many bikes tall are you going to make that thing you have 3 in the pics and you were talking about a 4th they are not all going to in it are they?

We need something like that in Israel for Yom Kippur, that way we can defend ourselves against those orothodox pricks who throw rocks at anyone who isn't fasting. They are so closely-minded.

You should reply and direct him to http://help.riseup.net/hosting/
They're a radicalist organisation (lots of anarchists I think) who do great stuff on the net, including anonymous email accounts etc..

I've used that exact stencil, it looks awesome when it's finished. It's on my PE shirt.

And I gave Justin that link.

Hardcore punX!

I've started on a stencil of Brian Haw.

http://www.parliament-square.org.uk/img/portraits/index.htm

I'm doing the black and white one in the corner. I'm starting to suspect that there's a certain photographer who goes around taking pictures of people with that authentic, far away "Che" look in their eyes. It's a great pic.

(clears throat) Um, excuse me, I believe the correct phrase is

"Up Tha Punx!".

Please use accordingly.
