Ah, Cardiff is relatively free of chavs, so I don't get that much trouble. That and I have a beard and I'm quite big.

Today in Glasgow was pretty crap. Managed to find new jeans that are almost perfect. Only thing is I look like i've got a boner!

All my trousers do that except my really tight ones.

I'm not going to lie, I'm pretty fat, but I've also got a fairly solid muscle base underneath all it, I played front row up until a couple of years ago when I had a jaw operation, and I had about a 42 inch chest when I wasn't carrying much extra weight around, so whilst I'm still aiming to lose 3-4 stone, I'm not like, one of those gross fat people.

There was an article in the paper a few months back about this young guy who drank his monthly amount of alchohol units in 2 hours - his liver collapsed and he died almost straight away.

Nah this guy was round. He was playing pool too and when he reached back his back boobs poke out. He was in a really bad state.

I'd say if I lose 1.5 stone, I could be back to being pretty shapely. As long as my body isn't in any danger I'm not too bothered for now.

It's a pain, because my thighs are absolutely huge, and it makes it hard to get trousers that fit properly.
