if your ever in sydney, dont bother listening to any radio stations, theyre all ****. Theres one pretty amaturish station which plays some decent dance music and hip-hop (94.5), if your into that sorta thing, but in the way of punk...dont even bother.

The only good radio station here used to play really good classic rock, but when the modern rock station went out of business, they started playing modern rock too and ruined the station. It hurts to hear Foo Fighters, 3 Doors Down, Shinedown, and others along side Zep, Hendrix, AC/DC, and all the other greats.

haha i only started playing that recently, got pretty far in it i think (just picked up kent paul and maccer?) but now my ****ing brother has gone to uni and taken his x box with him! now i can't play it til like christmas. :angry:

i think theres a station like that everywhere now :upset: it is very dissappointing

The classic rock/oldies stations are fading away. I recently heard from my dad that KFRC the radio station that has been around forever that played popular music in the 60s, and played that music now has recently changed their format from oldies to music that makes you happy, so basically crap from 60s-80 with good stuff.

You'd think being from the bay area, epicenter of the hippie movement and loads of revolutionaries we'd have better radio, but no, all crap even the radio station run by the high school in Concord plays crap.

Jess sent me the new Heatskores CD and told me that people from here wanted it (albert and peter I think). So whoever wants it can get it from me on soulseek.

Classic rock will never die in Chicago. 97.9 is the best radio station around. There's one DJ, I dunno her name, but she'll occasionaly play teh punk rock :).

The only good radio stations around here are the rap ones. There's like 30. It's a good thing I like that stuff.

Closest thing to punk The Bone (classsic rock station I was talking about earlier) plays is The Clash - Should I Stay or Should I Go? Which they played today. They also play new Green Day, and played one older song.

Holiday is a cool song. It reminds me of Green Day's older stuff.

And Travis you can come to SCHAUMBURG if you ever learn to spell it right. You can get the bottom bunk in my brothers room or we can clean out the basement, unless you want to ride the couch.
