I just don't get why they suck. Good vocals, you can actually hear their instruments, good lyrics and imagery, and they mix keyboard into their songs rather nicely, which is hard to do with BM.

i dunno dude i used to like emperor a lot but after awhile their songs started bothering me and i really just couldnt stand them anymore

Take a look at this video by Trollkotze (a parody band, nothing serious at all) and tell me this isn't one of the funniest things you've ever heard. It takes everything cheesy about black metal and makes it into something even a fan of the genre will laugh at.

not at all, I wouldn't consider Silencer or Bethlehem industrial. Industrial BM would be like Dodheimsgard. But anyway I guess its technically "Dark Metal" but it's basically black metal with suicidal themes. What Silencer tries to do but fails miserably at.
