no, gyro meat is a mixture of beef and lamb with mediterranean spices, slow cooked on a spit and shaved thin

and tzatziki sauce is amazing, it's a yogurt sauce with garlic and cucumber

Gyro meat is nothing like plain lamb though, it's ground and blended, you couldn't even tell.

And Tzatziki is good, but I like Tahini more.
