the amount of rep given is proportional to how much rep the giver has.
so it could be that 2 people with no (or very very little) rep repped you.

This list was made today, so this is probably as updated as it gets. For every post someone makes in the C.C, the list gradually changes. Who would really want to waste their time changing the list every time somebody makes a post?
