today, in latin class, someone brought up the subject of jimi hendrix. Even though noel redding never did that much on bass, jimi is one musician that everyone should respect. The teacher, however, has different ideas. "Jimi Hendrix was a druggy and the world would be better off without his past existance."
Well, if any of you are like me, you couldn't just let a latin teacher walk all over a guitar god. I said "he was more a talented genious than you could comprehend." She didn't like that "You know, i play guitar. REAL guitar. classical composers." Well, i responded "ooh, that stuff is [i]really[/i] exciting" and she told that i was being rude, and to shut up
I felt like reminding her that her statement was completly idiodic, and a complete invitation to an argument, but i didn't think it'd do much more than get me thrown out of class.

That's exactly the kind of musical snobbery the world should be rid of. You should have taken it over her head and someone higher up the chain of command would have taken your side :thumb:

'Tis going decently, I was working on my entry for the slap comp till my parents went to bed, no amp = no tone, so it's difficult to see if I'm getting the sounds I want :evil: if only my amp had a headphone jack I'd be all set, but noooooooo... no headphone jack.

i dont know , i really didnt care he was a fun guy, but people kept bugging him for pics and he didnt have them so he left.

maybe you are really him?!?!?!?! that would be cool. i just think that he sould come back, he was cool. and the mods liked him to be the next mod, but then he left and BV got it instead (i do not know who would have gotten it if he haddent left, but i think tht funkin would have.)
