I want to fill out a bit :upset:

I used to be fairly chunky, but about 10 years ago I got pretty damn sick and ended up bed bound for a week, unable to eat at all. Ever since then I've been ... 'athletic'

I was actually a very good athlete at school, but I never went for any teams or anything, and it's since slid. I've done 100m faster than anyone else in school, at about 10.35s (approx, it was only a high school so no flashy timing equipment), and I've cleared the pit doing triple jump

im about 175lb with just less than 15% body fat

I used to be quite good at running and i used to play for a football team as well as badminton which is really energetic.

Ive let myself slide to much since school, need to slim down, hance going to the gym. I have bout weeks to, hopefully ill shift some, i dunno.

Not 6 weeks, probably more liek 8/9

Ive never had a problem with weight, bakc before i started working out and boxing i used to eat crap all day long and never put on any weight.

Which i gather isn't so bad.

Would you not rather just eat and drink anything, and not worry about taking this supplement stuff you have?

im a skinny bastard, and reasonably short, idk how short im too lazy to find out.

i got sunburnt like hell on my arms yesterday :( i hope the redness goes away before i have to go out in public next (Saturday), it looks really silly

I trimmed it right back though yesterday, so atm it's long stubble, but it'll be back looking it's best for next week :D

No cause i eat and drink anything i want, i take the supplement on top of that.

The supplement constitutes one drink, how hard is that ..


15 mile bike ride today, was good fun.

I've gotta' shave once every 3 days or so, otherwise I've got a gross looking beard.

I look best at about mid-Day 2.

Well if they don't do it where i have to breathe it it's fine, but i've seen a semi-intelligent guy reduced to a glaze-eyed nobody by the stuff (he was smoking quite a lot every day i think) so i do look on it a little warily.
