I don't really consider Taco John's or Taco Bell to be mexican food. More like Mexican inspired junk food. Cinnamon Twists or Crunchwrap Supremes aren't really authentic mexican cuisine.

La Carreta, the local Mexican Resteraunt has like 5 locations now, but they all own. (The locations are all at least an hour apart.)

The only time I had Mexican food was at my ex-girlfriend's house (she is from Mekiko), it was nice, I LOVED the refried beans and the weird rice.

The weird rice makes the meal complete, how did the mexicans get rice, I thought it was asian.

Jury duty's dumb. You get called in and questioned at least once, then if you "qualify," you get to sit on the jury for the trial.

This is my first time, but what I gather from asking my dad some questions.

You have to call the nig before, they tell you if you are needed.
If you are needed, you go to the courhouse and sit in a room, waiting to be called in for questioning.
If the trial proceeds, they call you in for questioning, select the jury members.
If you aren't selectec, you go home.
If you do, you sit on the jury.
You won't know the case until the questioning.

My dad has only gone as far as sitting in the room, wasting time.

They called me before, but it was on a school day and I'd rather go to school then waste time sitting in a courthouse just to more than likely go home, or be dismissed and get 'comphensation' which doesn't compensate for the wasted time.

My brother's going to prom. I like seeing pictures of them all dressed up for it from last year, because she's clearly taller than him. She's taller than anyone in my family, I think.

I have no interesting prom, but I did go to homecoming freshman year. Wasn't anything special.

Our prom was too ****ing expensive. They had to have it in SF to feel fancy and rich, when there was a few perfectly good places for it here.

I don't have prom for another couple years.

My school[I] does[/I] have lots of school dances though, which are fun.

I think i'm going to the ball, depends if I can pull the moneys.
