Weight gain shakes are just whey protein shakes, theyre very bad for you if you dont have a high calorie intake [3500+ kcal a day], keep VERY hydrated and exercise.

But i mean, i didn't see a progression of them opening, like one day ill see one, then the couple weeks later i would see another. they just all seemed to appear, overnight taking over half of manchester city centre.

Yeah but the point of weight gain drinks is to do it with excersise. I was assuming he wasn't a mong who was just gonna drink them and sit around.

Back/neck pains are some of the most annoying ones, they really stop you doing loads of things.

Eating fewer small meals can help lower it. Theres also pills for it if its that much of a problem for you.

Getting more sleep can help too, 10+ hours significantly slows your metabolism.

Fewer small meals won't happen, I already have massive meals.

More sleep can't happen either. I'm already sleeping as much as I possibly can.

Two big ones - one at about 11am, then one at about 8/9pm. No snacks in between.
