It's not because of that. It's something about when younger people are on the net in Librarys or something so it has to cut out swearing. I don't know how to properly word it but I heard it from a mod.

Tbh, I think Alexi is one of the most original soloists around atm. He sounds like Vai without sounding like Vai, which is weird to explain. There's also bits of Malmsteen, Becker, etc. He doesn't just play pointless wank, there almost always seems to be a melody there.
