Well it wasn'tamazing so I'll make you go to it. It's the Trivium Ascendancy review in the recently commented reviews. It's probably first or second right now.

pix. now. plz.

eh, just kidding (although feel free to post 'em if you want to)

any reason why you two won't make "The Leap"? Don't want to risk ruining the friendship?
The leap is a hard thing to deal with. I've done it twice and totally fucked things over.
Why does that happen anyhow, I've been through that before too, it's like an uncomfortable feeling that comes out of the officiality... like you NEED to be there or something, and everything gets forced.

The "Leap" is for people who are really in true love, if love is not there, then you probably screw even the friendship.
Nohing gets forced really, because there's respect on the relationship. :thumb:

I can't really explain it, either.

It's like, you make this big commitment to a girl, and when it ends there is a resentment and heartbreak involved that makes it impossible to be as friendly towards her.

ATM 05-01-2005 03:28 AM

Hey Jom , how many pieces of flare do you wear?

Hey all.

By the way, if any of you have ever wondered what the original version of Skynyrd's "Gimmie Three Steps" sounds like, wonder no more.

Basically, the idea was not to label ourselves. We can look and act like a couple but in the end we don't want to call ourselves one. We've been friends for quite a while and it may just get weird. Also this way it isn't suspicious when I tell my parents I'm going to hang out with Mattea.

Faith No More - The Real Thing(The cashier at the counter pulled out a used copy for me after he saw that I liked Mr. Bungle  )
Pink Floyd - Is There Anybody Out There? The Wall Live: 1980 - 1981

munky_magik 05-01-2005 12:19 PM

There isn't anything miraculous about the thread being dead since the crackdown on spam.

That's because it was constantly kept on the go with "oic" and "no u"s.
This avatar coincides with my Pitchshifter thread, which everyone should check out :shifty:

Jom 05-01-2005 03:52 PM
Hey Jom , how many pieces of flare do you wear?
Actually, I received my first piece of flare today. I don't think there is a minimum of fifteen for us, because I'm working in the kitchen with all the Spanish-speakers

I'm pretty sure the servers and hosts have to be hardcore-flare... but I dunno. There are a couple hardcore people who think they ARE Mr. Red Robin, so they have a ridiculous amount of flare all over their shirts, pants, hats, etc.

Today was an easier day, luckily. I also updated the YSI thread, and am now going to eat dinner.

I'm glad that this thread didn't blow by since last night... it's nice only having to read back a page.

Adios

lunch998 05-01-2005 03:54 PM

Does your place have a mascot? I remember a kid I knew used to be the bird that had to stand outside and try to get people to come in.
