I have one quesstion and its kind of stupid but i wanna know, When did this entire forum start up?

I think it was originally started around 2000/2001 but there have been several versions of the site. I'm not really sure though, since I wasn't around back then.

magik's more or less right, I think. This incarnation of the board started in May 2001. It was originally established earlier than that (early 2000, I think), but when this new version was started, all the old posts, accounts, threads, etc couldn't be transferred.

Unless there are any objections, I think I'll re-post Vince's official concert thread today.

So, I've heard many different things as far as the next 'greatest whatever'. What's gonna happen?

I know Iai was originally going to do an Ultimate modern rock band, but I rarely see him in R&M nowadays. I think I heard Schyma talking about doing another poll, and I also heard people wanting a break from the polls, so I'd like some input from all of you guys. I'd be willing to do the modern rock one if Iai doesn't want to and if you guys wouldn't mind that.

Just give me some feedback. :thumb:


If not modern rock, name other things that would be cool to have.

It really doesn't matter to me when the next one starts. If the majority of the users want to wait, we'll wait. If they want to proceed, we'll proceed.

No, not really but am I the only one who thinks the modern rock poll wouldn't work? I mean most of the modern rock fans are in Indie and Punk anyway.
