I just recorded a kind of cover of Welcome Home by Coheed for my GCSE solo piece. I was told I could use a backing track, so I made a drum track for it and added a couple of power chords so it sounded better. I may need to re-record the main part though, I made a couple of stupid mistakes on it.

Now I need to record my short version of IKSOSE:3 with my brother doing another guitar part for my ensemble piece, and I've pretty much done everything.

Yeah, I just read it now. Cheers for listening, dude. The mixing isn't complete yet, so I can make a few changes and see how it sounds. And as you asked, 'Try To Survive' will have vocals added to it as well, it isn't just an instrumental. Although that does depend somewhat on our singer getting his lazy *** round here again.


In other news, I have a job interview at Norwich Union tomorrow morning. I'm terrified.

Yeah, sounded pretty good, but it could be much better with a good mix. The lead on one of them should be re-done too as I recall.
