I was joking about him being average

I don't like the look of drum frames though. It looks more uncomfortable than it does comfortable imo.

the_pure_drummer 02-28-2007 01:49 PM

Yeh im not joking though.

Hes grooves are uber fast and funky but i dont like the fast singles around toms.

the_pure_drummer 02-28-2007 02:41 PM

Anyone got any good links to Jarzombek then seeing as everyone seems to like him?

Futuro 02-28-2007 02:41 PM

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TXpFrexDJ4A

He plays similar to haake imo.

As far as metal drummers go I think he is one of the better ones.

kdizze 02-28-2007 02:53 PM

mmmm how nice is dominos pizza!

Retarded Chipple 02-28-2007 02:55 PM

Oh that guy. I've seen him before, never remember his name though.

Gotta love the crashes, hehe.

EDIT: To Futuro

Jezen 02-28-2007 03:02 PM

Holy crap, I just got a pizza from my pub to take out, and I open it to eat some when I got back in, take a slice, and there's a piece of paper underneath.

I look at the paper and it says "PARTY 3 Merchants Wharf Saturday From (Paul) CHEF"

Is this like some secret niche party or what?

Jred250 02-28-2007 03:05 PM

Should a kit sway this bad? I would be panicking if It was me!

and MN you pick a weekend or something and i'll record you... maybe in like 3-4 weeks? i'm getting new carpet in the drum room.
I see that as a possibility. I dunno, we can see what comes up I guess and go from there. Would you be equipped to record a quartet?

kdizze 02-28-2007 03:07 PM

i think paul likes you? ;)

edit: to britishboy

MNdrummer21 02-28-2007 03:08 PM

Jezen 02-28-2007 03:10 PM

maniac0796 02-28-2007 03:11 PM

Chippy569 02-28-2007 03:13 PM
I see that as a possibility. I dunno, we can see what comes up I guess and go from there. Would you be equipped to record a quartet?
the_pure_drummer 02-28-2007 03:24 PM

Jred250 02-28-2007 03:31 PM
hmmmm......how old is that video?
I hate Mike Terrana. I hope that kit caves in on him.

Josiah 02-28-2007 03:32 PM

Sep. '05, it said at the start. Haha it does sway a lot!

TTTSNB 02-28-2007 03:33 PM

^ Can his cymbals be any higher?

the_pure_drummer 02-28-2007 03:34 PM
I would have no idea, its not me?
Sorry i was talking about the Jarzombek video.

But that kit could be setup so much better! Those huge booms could be reduced!

Jred250 02-28-2007 03:36 PM
I hate Mike Terrana. I hope that kit caves in on him.
A slight dislike for him then

Josiah 02-28-2007 03:37 PM

Haha ya, lookin for some shoulder issues swinging that high. Though there is a certian advantage to having that more open area in front of you, you can see his stick tricks better then if they were lower.

the pure drummer - not sure, it's from a video you can buy. so that would have the copyright date. I would guess around '02 or so.

Loser 02-28-2007 03:39 PM

I want a didgeridoo.

drummguy731 02-28-2007 03:39 PM

From far away that looks like Maynard Keenen on a drum kit.
