**** you bitch :upset:

Thunder Fingers 03-06-2005 04:06 PM

a bloody signed Geddy... :upset: You are way to lucky my good man...

fatbandit 03-06-2005 04:07 PM

He's stupid! Why not sell it on eBay? Get much more for it.

fatbandit 03-06-2005 04:08 PM

Can't say I want a Geddy as much as everyone else seems to (I'm more of an Ibanez man, and a 5 stringer at that), but it looks solid I guess.

Spaceman Spiff 03-06-2005 04:10 PM

When I first the bass, I noticed it wasn't tuned up, but I didn't know it was a Geddy, I asked why the Jazz wasn't tuned. He told me he never plays it, and that it's actually a Geddy. Then, he tells me it's signed on the back of the headstock, and there was the signature.

Thunder Fingers 03-06-2005 04:13 PM

eh... all geddys have a sig on the back of the headstock....

Dieforitall89 03-06-2005 04:13 PM

Right...until i can get on next, farewell mx.

Spaceman Spiff 03-06-2005 04:14 PM

I've already got a crappy Ibanez 4 string, got an SR 506 on the way, which will cost me close to $1000, which I am not paying all of, getting help from parents.

So, basically, I want a good 4 string. I've wanted a Fender for a while. Why not get a really good one for cheap?

fatbandit 03-06-2005 04:16 PM

Bye DFIA!

Thunder Fingers 03-06-2005 04:18 PM

is itonly one sign. on the headstock? in that case, its the standard geddy lee bass....

neal_672 03-06-2005 04:18 PM

Bye DFIA

peeted 03-06-2005 04:19 PM

yo dudes

Mr. Jiggy Fly 03-06-2005 04:19 PM

I think I want a Yamaha RBX-JM2. I just feel like (after playing Quatres 6's) that I want a 6er.

neal_672 03-06-2005 04:21 PM

6ers rule :thumb:

fatbandit 03-06-2005 04:23 PM

I never used a 6. I like 5s though. I'm more into low end than solos and things, so I never relaly looked into it.

peeted 03-06-2005 04:24 PM

i have a 6 string :) and i love it

neal_672 03-06-2005 04:25 PM

I use the low B much less than the high C, if i had a 5er i'd string it with a C rather than the B...

Mr. Jiggy Fly 03-06-2005 04:25 PM

My friend and I are trying to start a progressive metal band, and I think that a 6 will help me a lot. Also, the John Myung sig has tight string spacing, making fingerstyle easier. I like tight string spacing.

That I cannot remember, I only checked it out for a few seconds. I don't know why he would lie about it being signed by Geddy though.

Either way, it's only $400, signed or not.

yeah, its an awsome bass, and for that price..

PaulSimonon 03-06-2005 04:27 PM

We both need sixers.

peeted 03-06-2005 04:27 PM

i use the b a bit more than the c but i use em both quite alot

Mr. Jiggy Fly 03-06-2005 04:28 PM

Well my budget is 1400 max. I was going to buy a MM Stingray or used Modulus Flea, but if you guys have any suggestions for good 6s, just tell me.

peeted 03-06-2005 04:28 PM

i use the b a bit more than the c but i use em both quite alot but i find it hard to double thumb on the c with it being so thin

peeted 03-06-2005 04:29 PM

neal_672 03-06-2005 04:30 PM

Spaceman Spiff 03-06-2005 04:31 PM

http://www.digitech.com/products/bnx3.htm
I also got to play with one of these for a while which I enjoyed.
There was way to much stuff to use on it that I didn't a chance to try out.

Thunder Fingers 03-06-2005 04:32 PM
