Lydisk 05-22-2007 03:32 PM

hey thats pretty cool. their sound is very produced so i would imagine the live music is a bit simpler is this so?

class 05-22-2007 03:32 PM

not really...they had a new guy(i think) running back vocals and a computer so all the electronic stuff they use in their tracks was still used

80vs90 05-22-2007 03:39 PM

damn, that sounds awesome!

class 05-22-2007 03:39 PM

they played Dr. L'Ling and it was so awesome...they played like 3-4 new songs if I recall...I don't have the setlist though but they played a lot of Highly Refined Pirates and new stuff...and I can't remember which 2 songs they played in the encore..

Thanks 05-25-2007 02:07 PM

I've been recruited to produce the "experimental" tracks on my friends' new indie pop album. I just recorded their first one yesterday, and mixing it's been fun. It has bicycle pump and pedalling sound and stuff.

ATM 05-25-2007 04:02 PM

Well, I'm off to the Cayman Islands. My pale *** is getting burned and drunk.
