Because all of the 5 times I've tried so far, that title track has been significantly quieter than the rest of the album. No idea why. Or, they're all the full album, which I don't need.

Use foobar. Use replaygain. Set replaygain to take the track as the main source, not the album.

That'll solve all of your volume levelling woes forever.
