I catch myself doing the "yah sher" thing (born bred and mostly raised Minnesotan) every so often. *shudder* I *hate* that.
"Is that yer friend in the chipper dare?" |

|
Sorry guys.. but.. my Jackson KBX has to go, i know how much some of you loved its looks... its kinda sad, but getting an fender vintage precision for the moneys i get for it will help.. :D
|

|
I know people will disagree with me, but, IMO:

Out of all the Fenders, Precision is my absolute favorite.

what? that nice fat piece of wood in your hand? BOOTY! serriouse, i find them lovley, it gonna take some weeks to adjust to it though :p |
P basses are great. Anything fender is great, except Squire and other crappy low end ones.
|
I've recently fallen in love with big necks.
I know you're more of a traditionalist, Eddie, but my Conklin's neck is wonderfully wide. :p |

Yes! OH YES!!!!! :D:D:D thoose are 'kin nice... |
Anything Vintage Fender is nice imo.
:p A mint 50s would be disgustingly hard to find. Vintage 70s seem to be popular on eBay. |
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=64401&item=3746469069&rd=1 like this... its just screaming my name out loud, and i dont have the money to buy it... :upset: realy realy upset... :( :'(
|
I saw a mint one for 750~ with no bids.
695 for buy it now plus minor repairs isn't so bad, though. |
well. im planing on changing some stuff on it anyway... pickups, pickguard(cant beat Mirrored) and bridge if it doesnt come with an badass II and maby new pickups... and an repaint... so i dont care for how the body looks, as long as the neck is straight and in good condition..
|
Then why do you want Vintage? :p Because they were just good overall, or what?
|

Beautiful song. |
Listening to "Groovy Times"......it's groovy...... but there's no reason to get excited as the lawyers bring the bacon in, and the houswives are all singing "groovy times"....
