Gym for weights or cardio?

Cardio mainly, might do a bit of weights too.

Its not really gym, well there is a big multi gym, but its a leasure club/hotel so ill probably use the pool a bit too.

Meh, joining a gym for cardio is a waste of money, just go for a run, a bike ride or a swim. Two of which are free, the latter being cheap as hell.

Wasnt there talk of checking if you have items in your garden, and paying more tax if you have things like plants or gnomes out?

This. Heywood isnt a nice town. Plus i said last year i will go for runs and bike rides and i never did it, i 100% going to the nice, air conditioned, safe, gym i will do it, plus if im paying ill go and do it.

Bus stop right outside of my house to right outside of the gym (pretty much) short walk, but its pretty much in the middle of nowhere so theres no chance of being murdered.

It pretty much defeats the like half of the purpose.

Seriously, what does it matter to you?

I dont like seeing people waste their money.

Im not wasting my money, its £33 for the leisure club a month, which i will probably use 4 times a week, which works out at £2 a session for full use of all facilitys including if i wanted to do any classes.

The bus is about £10 for a weekly pass, which i can use 7 times a week, getting to the gym and back, getting to work and back, and if i decided to go on any other journeys around manchester, which i will, then thats more trips paid for.

I get paid enough to more then cover them costs. Im on a pay check of £500 a month and that comes to about 70.

Im not wasting my money.

Not joining gym: free.

Run: free.

Total cost: Free.

My option makes significantly more sense monetarily and temporally.

Im not acting high and mighty, ive been working out for months and im a dedicated weight lifter.

I dont think someone who will probably stop after their first visit is well advised to shell out money for a gym. Seriously, go for a run, its FREE, you can go when you please and as long as you please for NO COST.

how do you know i will probably stop after my first visit? How do you know im not well advised?

This is something ive been contomplating doing for at least a month.

And id rather be in the then on the streets, i dont feel safe on the streets, not around here.

And i want to get into the routine for when im at uni, which the membership is only £40 a year, bargin, and i want to get into shape for when i play cricket at uni in octobre.
