AH hell yeah I love Ceremony! I've only heard Rohnert Park LP, but I've heard some tracks offa Voilence Violence and they are completely different.

Violence Violence was also released close to 5 years ago, so it makes a little sense for them to have progressed.

But yeah, pre-Rohnert Park Ceremony and Trash Talk are rather similar.

nah, i used to like them a lot, but ANB is too comical for my tastes. that and drum machines get boring pretty quickly to me.

Ha. Have you checked out Agorapocalypse though? It's pretty good, longer songs (2 minutes) and each one is more developed tbh. 'Comical' would be a good word to describe them.

Well it's a pretty restricted genre, but there are a fuck ton of bands that are awesome because of the aural intensity of everything.

Weird, I wouldn't consider Nails and Trap Them grind at all. Just very heavy hardcore.

Borderline to me, enough that calling them either hardcore or grind is acceptable IMO.
