I've been reading stories about Project Gothan Racing 3 online, and how people stop for others if they bump them by accident and throw their race. Why can't people be that curtious on Perfect Dark instead of teamkilling.

well that whole breakin thing is a big issue for me - i'm a clutz. I like the way Zens look more and i feel you get more for your money when you compare prices of the models that are "competeing" amongst the two companies

and like i said earlier, my brother would shoot me if i got an ipod - i was raised to hate them

The only thing that bugs me about the Zen is when it's locked, and you want to see what song is playing. Usually I accidentally hit the scroll thing, and it takes minutes for the "Player Locked" box to go away.

It sounds small, but it frustrates me so much.

I think when I get the money, I might get a iPod Video. Mostly for the longer battery life, but a little because I'm getting a Powerbook, and it makes more sense I suppose. Besides, I can't use my Zen on my 360.

Ive wanted a job for ages, i always applyed at morrisons, because its local, a supermarket, and a lot of my mates work there, and 3rd time i applyed, they offerd me a job, which is good.

Because now, i can get a new pc soon, a new bass, a 360, etc. Itll be good.

well i want a digital camera cause i always borrow my friends' and some art supplies - my siblings spend my parents money a lot more thani do and they're older than me, so i wanna try and stand on my own two feet... i dont wanna be like them

Oh god, im gonna need to buy so many art things for uni, its gonna cost a bomb, it aint exactly cheap.

I want to get a weekend job in town for the time being, since I'm still doing a-levels and I don't have a car. If I start taking driving lessons in the summer and move up to a full time job, I think that will work out a bit better.

I'm not going to uni yet, purely because the cost of student loans is horrendous nowadays. I don't want that burden on my back while I'm young. I'd rather have a bit of money saved up, then see what happens.

Im going uni, my first year is free, but im not entending on saving for uni. i figure that if i go uni and get a good degree, everntully i should get a pretty decent job and be able to pay my loan of easy.

I like my fair share of generic bands. I'll give it a quick review once it's downloaded

It sounds like Walla Walla i think.

The chours anyway, theres the exact melody, and the guitar is exactly the same and everything

"Afternoon Drinking" - Oh man, very Goldfinger pre [i]Open Your Eyes[/i]. I like it, reminds me of Capdown a little bit. The drum fill in the verse doesn't fit the song I don't think, but everything is pretty funky.

"The Joy Of Rejection" - Heh, nice title. This sounds more like Blink-182 around their [I]Cheshire Cat[/I] days, which happens to be my favourite Blink album. The vocals are a little weak and half-arsed, but again the rest is brilliant. The solo is a great addition to the song as well, bringing in a bit more punk edge.

"Try To Survive" - Again, it feels very old-school pop-punk, the kind you'd find on Tony Hawks games, which I think sounds great. The bassline isn't boring, the guitar riffs could be a little less distorted but otherwise sound great.

If these were recorded better I'd totally buy an EP off you guys.

Cheers, Kif. Tis nice to get some constructive criticism, rather than just our own views. I agree the sound quality is a shame, but it was all done in my bedroom so it's not likely to sound awesome.

Downloading Too Much Drama now... Butler has me intrigued. I always find it wierd listening to songs that sound like other songs.

For something that was recording in your bedroom that sounds brilliant. I've heard demos recording in my friend's studio which are worse than that.

God, I hate sorting out my MP3s. You know how long it takes to move 40GB of music around? Freaking ages!

I've been practising more Fall Of Troy lately, and because of that, I wrote a little lick that I might incorporate into a song if I get recording. I'll probably demo them with a crappy mic and drum machine software, and recording them properly on my Powerbook when I get it.

Everytime this machine cocks up, I want to smash it :(

40gb? Crikey. I only have about 28gb now, and the idea of sorting that out seems bad enough.


And yes, I do see the similarity between Too Much Drama and Walla Walla. Good times.

I'm getting round to deleting things which I absolutely don't listen to. Besides which, a [B]lot[/B] of my stuff are single songs ripped from Purevolume and Myspace and such.

There are better priced items out there though, agreed. I <3 my iPod video. But if you get one, buy a case. I know, I hate organizing too! Why can't people be as anal about organization as me? It would save so much time.

So my roommate was listening to NPR, which is boring as hell, so I threw on some Children of Bodom and he asked me to turn it off so he could listen to his talk radio :-\ I turned it down one notch.

There's a case at HM for £20 I think that has an internal speaker in. My friend has it and it's awesome, so I'd probably get one of them heh. Either that or I could fit it in my Zen case (It has a clip that I snap onto my bag's strap, since the headphones are kinda short)
