Stranger: We humans have so little time and we waste so damn much of it not living up to our potential. This would give everyone that chance.

Stranger: Eastern Europe is a good guess for now everything in the EU is crumbling the UN is worthless etc. Couldn't give a realistic timeframe but maybe within 15 years. The focal point will be ignorant young adults (18-29 say) who will no dooubt blame their current condition on their elders mismanagement and form loose disorganized "armies" with no real plan. Unifying these splintered factions will be key to control and policies that they will have to be tailored to their ideals for propaganda reasons.

Stranger: Russia is ripe but I think they have become to commplacent and who can blame them? I think France is a good flash point as are Romania, Belgium, Huungary, Ireland is a possibility.
