I took the Blue line out there, its about a 45 minute ride from downtown. Mid-way through the ride, the train car i was in was pretty empty. This guy gets on, and although there are empty seats ALL around, he sits down RIGHT behind me. That was too bad. I glanced back, smiled and continued to look out the window. He was also around the age of 30-32 but he was a typical MEXICAN mexican looking guy.

I wasnt really paying much attnetion to him. He looked at me a few times, and I would glance back. But he was getting off at the same stop that I was so we wound up standing next to eachother waiting for the trains doors to open. He glanced back at me again and I smiled and then he said something, I took my headphones off and just immediately spoke spanish to him. He stuck his hand out and said

"me llamo ----" I couldnt hear exactly what he had said. So I just shook his hand said hi nice to meet you and got off the train. I was pretty weired out at this point so i put one headphone on and took my fone out and called Evelyn to come get me from the station. As I was standing outside ON THE FONE he comes back up to me, taps me on the shoulder and hands me this piece of paper

WITH HIS MYSPACE ADDRESS WRITTEN ON IT. Then he said "hope to talk to you soon" he shook my hand again and walked off.

yeah its the hardest class for the 10th graders - some people take it as a senior tho - you can only do good in that class if you like history or enjoy the teacher, and i kinda like history, but my teachers great so it works out
