:D back from Bradford.

College is looking pretty sweet for next year. Was shown the halls too, they look alright, a bit smaller than I expected but in great nick. They mentioned that it'd be okay to move down early too.

Work tonight until 10. Until then sweet FA :cool:

Started doing fitness training as something to do over the summer (as well as finding work) and the combination of chin ups, press ups and sit ups are killing me after only doing starting on monday and only doing 30 reps of each.

Are you taking breaks? Doing it all at once is pointless. Like when people do hundreds of curls in a row - it doesnt help!

Yep. I have a routine worked out. Go for a jog, come back inside for a rest. Then chin ups and sit ups before another rest and then I do some press ups.Then another jog. I'm knackered cos I'm really unfit and have had virtually no exercise since giving up paying football for a team and not doing P.E.

Im not desperate to get megafit, so I do an hours worth of jogging in the living room when the house is empty, then do a few hours walking while I watch TV...

I still get to watch TV so its ok

Cept i went for bike rides, because im well crap at long distance running.

but i didn't like it because the roads and stuff.

So i have an appointment to go have a look round this big gym at a hotel on Thursday, hopefully ill get a fitness plan and stuff.

The thinking is, if im paying for it, ill defiantly use it because as much as i like to spent money, i dont like to waste it. Then when i get to uni too, my halls have a gym in them so ill use that too.

I ordered some stronger gel stuff, apparently its properly good, but its expensive :( My sister always raves on bout it.

Never listened to Machine Head and I don't like Dragonforce.
If Shawdows Fall are playing some gigs that makes it even better :D

Kinda =/ I've kinda started getting back into physio, I can do about 50-60 reps of each at a go. Shitty thing is I'm still really weedy looking; I do them to get bigger, but nothing I seem to do gains me anything in size

My poor diet and lack of exercise has for some reason led to me putting on weight :eek:

But as i said, gym often (its not like ill have anything else to do these holidays) and better eating will rectify that.

I wish I could gain weight.

Enough so I don't look so awful.

I've tried working out (Half a year of it) and had literally no visual results..I looked noooo different and scrawny as f[I]u[/I]ck, but I was much stronger.

And I've tried eating 'till I collapse and it does nothing for me.

It's gay, because I look so damn skinny.

Man, high metabolism is a dream for me! I put on weight so easy. Mind you, I eat like crap, so I've only got myself to blame. Hey ho, I'll lose some this summer.

I have a fast metabolism but I work out a lot; whey protein shakes, 4000 calories a day etc

Its great, I put on muscle fast and i keep my body fat about 16% :)

I'm thinking about taking some form of supplements to help give me more protein. Expensive tho'.
