some random lady gave us peeps when we were playing music last night. they were open so I opted to not eat them.

Once, while a friend and I were busking in front of Wal-Mart, a lady went in and bought us one of those huge packages of like twelve assorted bags of chips and a couple Dr. Peppers.

And then Wal-Mart told us they'd call the cops if we ever came back.

Me and my friends were busking in front of a starbucks last night singing against me songs. they never said anything to us.

That's cuz Starbucks is hip as hell.

Lucky. I live in a town that's supposed to be all music-oriented and the "live music capital of the world" and all this bull****, and we've gotten kicked out and/or threatened any place we go.

Peeps = marshmellow candies shaped like chicks, rabbits, etc. They last decades and explode in microwaves

Buskers = playing music in public for money, like panhandling. I'm assuming, I've never heard the term.
