That sucks. I usually replace my nut right away in any bass I get. I order custom blank graphite nuts from carvin.com and make them my own height, shape, and whatnot.

Now you have an excuse to replace your nut with a high quality graphite nut. :thumb:

Well, the nut is just glue in. I take some pliers and move it from side to side, and then just slowly start wiggling it out. It's not uncommon for a nut to just fall off though.

Ridiculously high from long ago. I got a 218 floor combo back in the day. Right now i'm still getting 70-80 floor combos, as it's been a while since i've played.

My girlfriend (before we moved in together) always wanted to "talk" and it was usually cool i think she just did that to scare me.
