Im looking for a good song to do a school music video for. (preferably by NWA) The catch is that there can be no language (even damn) If you can help out, Id much appreciate it. I want one thats more upbeat, kinda like 'Express yourself' Thanks.

You're gonna have a pretty hard time with that... your best bet is probably trying to find a clean version of a song.

I actually have Eazy duz It but I've never gave it more then 2 listens. He's solo stuff just doesn't hold up to the stuff Dre or even Ice Cube as done, from what I've seen.
I've been listening to Eminem alot he's my favorite rapper at this moment. (Eminem Show, Marshall Mathers LP, Slim Shady LP)

That's probably because he didn't write his lyrics himself for the most part while in NWA. I actually don't like his solo-stuff at all. Ice Cube and MC Ren were imo the only ones in NWA with some real talent, although Ren didn't come in the spotlight much during the NWA days. Dr. Dre doesn't write his lyrics himself either and most of his beats aren't completely self-made.

first obvious one would be "dead prez". check out "onyx" too. onyx is the closest thing the east coast had to a gangtsa rap supergroup in the early 90's. definitely the prequel to whats poppin now in ny rap. i think 50's first video appearance was on a "onyx" track.
