^haha, look at Axl going nuts. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mYoy5PPwt2Y&mode=related&search=guns%20n%20roses ^^Also, this is a pretty funny interview. Especially Izzy's response at the end. |
hah, Izzy's awesome. I heard this one interview where Izzy was talking over everyone. I can't remember where I found it though.
|
That first video is pretty nuts.
It was amazing to see Axl doing his hip swaying at Download, I've been loving his stage presence ever since I saw the Use Your Illusion DVDs, which I still don't actually own. |
UYI and Welcome to the Videos are the only dvds I own by them. Axl has too many short shorts.

lol
I just downloaded a live video of Civil War where Axl has a go at the people in the crowd for throwing fire. I think he calls them fukkheads. Then he threatens to go home. |
yes jono, we all know you like short shorts, on guys.
british columbia. GUNS N' ROSES frontman Axl Rose was released from a Swedish jail at approximately 7:00 p.m. (local time) Tuesday (June 27) after paying 50,000 Swedish kronor (approximately $6,800) in fines in connection with an incident early Tuesday when he allegedly bit a security guard in the leg at his Stockholm hotel. Axl admitted attacking and threatening the guard, as well as causing damage to the Berns Hotel where the alleged scuffle took place, according to prosecutor Fredrik Ingblad Guns N' Roses W. Axl Rose was released this evening after having been arrested at 8 a.m. this morning in the lobby of his hotel in Stockholm. The arrest followed an altercation with a hotel security guard. Guns N' Roses had just played a triumphant show to a sellout audience of 15,000 at the Globen Arena and had enjoyed the city's hospitality until the morning hours when the incident occurred. Axl Rose commented, "We had a great gig in Stockholm and I am not going to let this incident spoil that. My assistant Beta and I were talking in the lobby of the hotel when security started to give us a hard time. My only concern was to make sure she was ok." Axl Rose is now in Oslo, Norway and the Swedish authorities are no longer pursuing this matter |
Haha wtf, he bit him in the leg.
|
/Cringes
Bless Axl, now he's bitten a few legs and walked off stage at download, we know we have the old Axl back. |
just you wait till i get all glammed up
with short shorts!? hahah...

defently looks like were getting the old axl back.
|

|
I don't care what he's up to anymore. What Slash and Izzy are doing is much more interesting.
|
Izzy is playing with GNR, so......
|
Why is it that Guns N' Roses management have a way of reporting every incident like they're the victims?!

they dont want people looking at axl like hes a psycho |
they dont want people looking at axl like hes a psycho
But he is a psycho, they should try warning people off him.
Hey SOP, these puns are getting old, it's like beating a dead horse now! |
He even looked pretty crazy back in the 80's. I watched a few live videos last night that I have and he's going overboard on that hip swaying thing, I'm suprised he didn't snap his ankles.
And hearing about him biting that guys leg...doesn't make him psycho but it certainly sounds funny. |
He was wild. He was totally wild. He was gonna kill me. 'I'm gonna fuck your life up,' he screamed."
^^Quote from the security guard he attacked. |
Dang, that must have been pretty intense.
|

next week headlines axl pulls primister of switzerlands hair. |
I've heard that before, and yes it's extremely hot.

Guns N' Roses news site GunsNRoses.us has posted the following message from GNR guitarist Richard Fortus: "The [European] shows have been going well. Axl's [Rose] voice is better than ever. Everyone is looking forward to the record finally being released. We are all very excited. "Thanks to you and to all of the fans that haven't given up on us! This is the year!" As previously reported, Guns N' Roses looks likely to return for more U.S. shows this autumn, possibly starting in September, according to a press release. Following the band's recent four-night stand in New York City, their first live shows since late 2002, Rose said, "We've just finished our four shows in New York and had an amazing time. New York has always been special and it feels great to be doing this again particularly in front of so many friends. I am very excited about Europe and getting back over here in September." The group, which features no original members from its classic lineup other than Axl, began a run of European festival shows on May 25. Rose has been saying that the band's long-delayed new album, "Chinese Democracy", will be out later this year. |
I'm hedging my bets for a November/December release. The big rumour was for September, but I don't think there's enough time to do the neccessary promotion now. I'm probably being Naive again though to be honest, next year might be more realistic.
I have now decided to hand in my notice and quit work ending on the day before I go see GNR, making it all the more sweet. Which is 18 days, without trying to rub it in too much! /I'm an asshole |

If it's going to be this year, a Christmas period release would be my bet, since more people are likely to be buying albums around then. |

I should do that too.. soon. ugh I just hope the album comes out this year. |
This guy on the radio had
an actual copy of Chinese Domacracy and he said that there was only like one song on the cd that was Actually ok. ..Axl Rose should've changed the name of the band. |
