What are split triplets again? I'm sure I know, though I may have forgotten.

bascally, like put some regular value notes in between a set of triplets it should displace them by something like .33 of a beat or whatever you're using, its pretty wacky and fun

So like quints on top of triplets or something

Orange is a cool theme, but they need to make the backgrounds of the posts dark grey because the white just doesn't look that good i don't think.

Mixing single values gets retarded hard. that's such advanced rhythmic stuff, nobody plays with it or talks about it.

I just discovered for myself an easy way of using odd groupings of notes to slide smoothly from jazz to latin feels. Now I just gotta start expanding on this, and practice it a little so I can add it to my vocabulary.
