I can't believe it....

they have been uploading for 5 hours
and then all of a sudden BAM 10 second power outage

ok i have a 10gig upload bandwith limit so i think it's enough
whoever wants me to send them the concert ill send it by MSN it's way faster

Ok, I just read through about twenty pages to catch up, and now I've forgotten all the things I was going to say. Well, let's see...

Oh yeah, I couldn't sleep one night and at around 2:00 AM I was just sitting in ed listening to a classic rock radio station (only station I listen to 'round here) and after some song was over it played one of those recordings like radio stations do sometimes like "If it's Pink Floyd, *sfx* it's gotta be 106.1 RDU", so I was thinking "Cool, WYWH, Comfortably Numb, Brain Damage/Eclipse, etc.", since those are the Floyd songs they play the most on 106.1. Well, it started out with wind noises, then that heavy-*** bass, and I was like "****, it's One of These Days! Awesome!"

Then when it was over, the DJ came on and was like "Yeah, you know, it's 2:00 in the morning, all the suits are asleep, so I thought I'd play you some good Floyd that we don't play much, that's off Meddle, which was released in 1971, which is also known for Echoes, which I probably won't get to play fully on here, you fans know what I mean" I couldn't believe it, a DJ that actually liked him some real Floyd :)

Oh... and... God, I forgot what else I was gonna say. On Rhapsody, it shows Pink Floyd s No. 13 in Top Artists, above 50 Cent :amaze: That's because of the post-Live 8 boom of course, I have a whole blog entry on that already, so I'll digress...

Man, Meddle is so underrated. It's a very short album, but EVERY song is great on it.

a few months ago a band called the "Pink Floyd Expirience" came to my city they were awesome if you shut your eyes they sounded exactly like the reall thing and the comfortably numb solo was awesome the guy nailed and at live 8 that was awesome i just wanna give a clap to them and the person who had the flag "the pigs have flown pink floyd are playing again" yeah

the crap thing is like pink floyd were popular liek 20 years before i was born haha

It's actually longer than most Floyd studio albums (Dark Side, Obscured, TFC, WYWH, Animals, ASOS, TPATGOD)

Dave's vocals are much more beautiful on The Thin Ice and Mother.

It's more Creepy then than beautiful, I think. Hey You is definitly the most beautiful song on there.
