We're in the exact same dilemma. I went to two places today; one was closed for some reason and the other had flood damage so there was no one to talk to.

I'm afraid that when I do get an interview they'll want me to cut my hair. Dunno if I can do that, you know?

I dyed my hair a natural color in order to get a job, but my brother barely lets me use his car, and every time I was about to go out to go looking, it ended up snowing. :[

How do you go looking? Just go door-to-door asking if they're hiring? I usually just look online, but that hasn't really gotten me anywhere yet.

I live in between like four different shopping centers, so yeah just door-to-door.

I finally got a paying job as a musician in April. 400 bucks for 3 performances and a couple of rehersals for the band for Footloose. Sweet.
