You act like it's uncommon for parents to get mad when they find their kids doing drugs.

No I'm not. I'm saying its abnormal to react the way they do.

Once more: there's sane responses to things and then there's not-so-sane responses.

And it's not just in regard to buds, it's everything. My parents are extremely bipolar and say a lot of really hateful things in tones of voice that no sane person would ever take on. No matter what the circumstance, if something goes wrong, my mom starts panicking and my dad starts yelling at people. I could accidentally burn a pizza too late at night, or I could be shooting up dope, and I'm pretty sure the response to both situations would be identical.

i took plenty of precautions, like sealing off my door and the vents to my room so no smoke would escape, and opening up windows facing two different directions to make a cross draft and carry the smoke out of my room.

my dad saw that i went into my room, and since he cares way too much about the fact that i smoke pot, he snuck upstairs to his room (directly above mine, and you can here him walking when hes in there) and went to his window and looked out to see if my windows were open.

im just going to stop smoking inside now, clearly, but that doesn't mean i'm gonna quit smoking flat out.

my advice is bulletproof, just avoid confrontation

I gotta put up w/ that **** too, but its worth the free rent and food
