It helps me and others I know get warmer, yes.

If you're really cold just don't think about it and think about being infront of a fireplace or something. It usually helps me stay warm. It's like pain; if you don't think about it you don't feel it.

You have to earnestly try, though.

The first two are end game bosses in 2 of the end game instances :cool: Hopefully I'll have more, but its hard to take screenies while in combat trying to heal everyone :D
