I was reading about the courses required on UW's site and it seems very appealing to me, only 1 trimester of math required, some cool sounding courses and a trimester in Rome sounds sweet as well.

Yeah. I wanted to do engineering, but I suck at calculus. I chose arch. because it didn't require as much math, but had the design aspect. There is 6 week summer program we have in Italy. I'm gonna try to go the summer before my 5th year.

I can handle the design aspect I think, it's the math I lack in. Knowing that I would never have to take calculus would be a grand thing.

Architecture school is artsy as **** too. And time consuming

How is the job outlook as far as you know?

there will always be a need for architects. Renovations have to get done, Commercial expansion is still happening, and the housing market is due to bounce back before either of us graduate. So, I'd say pretty good.

Thursday's pretty freaking awesome dude. Their guitarists write mad tight riffs and melodiez, and Geoff is a lyrical genius (sometimes).

Also, John, Times Arrow is an awesome song... but A Sketch For Times Arrow is much better.

That is one of the okay songs but I think if he really let loose on that song it would be better. aka if it was written for some other project than thursday i think it would be better.

i really still only dig last call, as he climbed the dark mountain and you were the cancer. All three are great songs though.

I really like Time's Arrow and the song right before it, as I said before.

Idk theres something about the vocal melody in Times Arrow that gets to me... it kinda reminds me of Elliot Smith, especially in the demo version.

People at my work think I drop acid every weekend cause I come back saying "I wrote the most epic ambient song, it's 45 minutes long." But I just have a lot of downtime really :(
